OK, so I called the city’s Department of Utilities and was told sanitary workers are still running about a week behind on pick ups thanks to the Jan. 4 mini tornado.
That said, any trees left out on the street should eventually get picked up and carted off. Chopping ’em up and putting them in your green waste can is still option too!
Update at 12:45 p.m. Trees are being picked up NOW!
