Two More Arrested For Natomas Murder

The Sacramento Police Department today arrested two additional suspects responsible for a home invasion and the murder of 26-year-old Salvador Heredia-Arriaga.

Based on forensic evidence and information obtained during the investigation, detectives believe that 20-year-old Maurice Reed Jr. and a 17 year-old male were responsible for the March 26 murder. The two were arrested on April 21.

Further investigation led to the identification of 22 year-old Tamika Reed, as the driver of the vehicle used during the commission of the robbery-murder and 23-year-old Kenneth Owens, as the person who coordinated the home invasion. Both suspects were arrested and charged with robbery and murder today.
