The now condemned Natomas Meadows development on Gateway Park and Del Paso.
By the Pardee home site that was put on hold, only low income apartments were built at the site, picture is at Del Paso and Gateway. Hopefully the landscape will be properly maintained.
Yes! Saw workers maintaining the exterior landscaping last week. The weeds are being kept down inside.
