GNNA Hosts Annual Holiday Dinner in South Natomas

Santa Claus and Sacramento Police officers joined forces at the GNNA holiday dinner this week.

About 140 people attended the Gardenland Northgate Neighborhood’s annual holiday dinner in South Natomas on Thursday.

Residents of the Gardenland and Northgate neighborhoods were joined at the gathering by members of the Sacramento Police Department, city Councilman Jeff Harris and his staff, as well as a representative from the Sacramento Kings.

The free event was held at the Stanford Settlement Senior Center and included dinner and a visit from Santa Claus, who had a gift for each child who attended.

Event sponsors included the Sacramento Kings, councilmembers Harris and Angelique Ashby, and the Sacramento Police Dept.
