Police Warn Of Possible Peeping Tom In South Natomas

The Sacramento Police Department is warning the public about a man seen peeking into windows at two different apartment complexes earlier this week in south Natomas.

At about 10:36 p.m. on August 12, a female victim observed a subject standing outside of her patio window looking into her apartment. The victim screamed and scared the subject away.

Two days later, at about 11:31 p.m. on August 14, a separate victim living in a different apartment complex was startled when she saw a similar subject looking though the blinds of her bedroom window. The victim screamed which alerted nearby security. The suspect fled on foot once confronted by the guard.

The incidents occurred on the 1700 block of Capitol Park Drive and 3300 block of Broken Branch Court.

A police press release describes the suspect as an adult black male in his 30s, 6′ feet tall, thin build, light to medium complexion, bald head and clean shaven.

The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to these crimes to contact the dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357) or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
