WANTED: Murder Suspects on the Run

The Sacramento Police Department is searching for two suspects wanted for the murder of 19-year-old Francisco Flores.

On April 14, 2011, at 4:45 p.m., officers responded to a shooting near Northgate Boulevard and San Juan Road. Officers arrived and found 19-year-old Flores dead and a 20-year-old with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene. Detectives believe the victims were sitting in their parked car when they exchanged some words with the suspects believed to be Vincent Rivera, 25, and Fred Huante, 19 who arrived in a light blue truck. At one point during the conversation, one of the suspects allegedly shot the victims.

Rivera is described as a black man 6’4″, 240 lbs, short shaved black hair, and brown eyes. Huante is described as a white man 5’8″, 120 lbs, short shaved brown hair, and green eyes.
