I agreed with someone before… prefer Raleys over Safeway, except at times Safeway offers some things that Raleys does not. The parking is terrible at Raleys, but once inside the store, I know where everything is there and can get in and out of there faster than Safeway. That’s my criteria for what it’s worth.
My criteria are more experiential than practical for liking Bel-Air the best: skylights provide natural light, it’s rarely crowded and offers a self-checkout for quick purchases, and there is a post office and now a Peet’s Coffee inside! Couple those with great selection and 25 cents off a gallon of gas with a $100 purchase, and I’m sold.
