16-008122 (Burglary ): 2600 block of Stonecreek Dr at 1754 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of a burglary. The victim was at home when she heard an unknown noise. An unknown suspect entered the apartment through an unlocked door, removed property, and fled. A report was generated and follow-up was conducted.
16-008367 (Vehicle Accident): Natomas Blvd / Bridgecross Dr at 2305 hours.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of a vehicle accident with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of a vehicle struck another moving car in the area. Officers arrived on scene and contacted both parties who sustained injuries. They were treated at area hospitals and one party was investigated for suspicion of DUI.
