Natomas Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested

Sacramento Police have arrested a man suspected of robbing the Golden 1 Credit Union in Natomas.

On Nov. 13 at about 12:24 p.m. a male suspect reportedly entered the Golden 1 Credit Union at 3280 Arena Boulevard and handed a note to a teller demanding money. The male suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash from the teller and fled by bicycle before officers arrived on scene.

Earlier today, Sacramento Police detectives arrested 21-year-old Nicolas Rivera (see photo) on suspicion of robbery.

Rivera was taken into custody at his residence without incident and booked into the Sacramento County main jail.
