Natomas Cops Log – July 7, 2015

Incidents are from shifts starting July 6, 2015:

15-192180 (Home Invasion): 2700 block of Albatross Way at 0238 hours.

15-191633 (Disturbance): 2000 block of W El Camino Ave at 1519 hours.
Officers responded to a report of two groups of subjects who exchanged gunfire then fled the area. No injuries were reported and evidence of a shooting was recovered. Officers canvased the area and an investigation is underway as to the identity of the involved subjects.

Incidents are from shifts starting July 5, 2015:

15-190591 (Arrest): 3600 block of Truxel Rd at 1556 hours.

Incidents are from shifts starting July 4, 2015:

15-190030 (Assault): 2700 block of Nordlund at 0040 hours.
Officers responded to an area hospital regarding a female subject shot in the leg. The victim, who sustained a non-life threatening injury, did not know where the shot came from. Evidence of a shooting was located; however, it is unknown at this time if it was related to this incident.
