15-214722 (Domestic Violence): 1100 block of Chuckwagon Dr at 0135 hours.
Officers responded to the location regarding a report of domestic violence. The suspect assaulted her husband with a knife and pepper spray following an altercation. Officers arrived on scene and detained the suspect. She was arrested for domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon. The victim sustained minor injuries and a report was generated.


15-215311 (Suspicious Vehicle): Stonecreek Dr / Woodside Glen Way at 1633 hours.
Officers contacted the sole occupant of a suspicious vehicle and found drugs inside the car. The suspect was arrested on drug-related offenses.

Incidents are from shifts starting July 27, 2015:

15-213711 (Bait Bike Arrest): 2000 block of Club Center at 0138 hours.

Officers responded to the 2000 block of Club Center Dr. regarding the theft of an SPD bait bicycle. The course of the investigation led to a residence in Sacramento County where officers found the stolen bike and two subjects who were ultimately determined to be responsible for the crime. Officers also made contact with a third subject at the residence and conducted a search. During a search of the home, officers found two firearms, ammunition, and other prohibited items. 34-year-old Rubin Staton and 34-year-old Idahlia Miller were both arrested for violations of probation, conspiracy, and possession of stolen property. The third subject, Rubin Staton Sr. was also arrested on weapons charges and other related crimes.


15-213994 (Burglary): 3400 block of Zalema Way at 1100 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of a burglary. The resident was home when she heard the loud banging noises and hid. It was determined that two unknown adults had forcibly entered the residence, took property, and fled in a vehicle. A report was generated and follow-up will be conducted.


15-214036 (Ringing Alarm): 4800 block of Alterra Way at 1159 hours.
Officers responded to a report of a ringing alarm and determined that the residence had been burglarized. A report was generated and follow-up will be conducted.


15-214344 (Burglary): 100 block of Devri Ct at 1725 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of burglary. The victim had left her home for a short time and returned to find that an electronic item was missing. Officers arrived on scene and conducted an investigation that led to contact with juvenile who lived nearby. The victim’s property was located and returned back to her. The juvenile was arrested for burglary.


15-214556 (Burglary): 100 block of Frisinger Ct at 2141 hours.
Officers responded to the residence regarding a report of a burglary. It was determined that forced entry had been made to the home with property taken. A report was generated.
