Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 2, 2015:

15-000363 (Vandalism): 3000 block of Stanhope Way at 7:27 a.m.
Officers responded to a report of vandalism by a possibly known subject to the victim. Officers performed follow-up and contacted the subject believed to be responsible for the incident. The subject was interviewed and the investigation is ongoing. No arrests were made.


15-001066 (Assault): 3000 block of Tintorera Way at 4:36 a.m.
The victim heard noises outside of his house and was confronted by a subject in his yard when he went to investigate. The subject physically assaulted the victim before fleeing on foot. An assault report was generated.

Incidents are from shifts starting Jan. 1, 2015:

15-000284 (Burglary): 3300 block of Northgate Blvd at 4:13 a.m.
Officers responded to a burglary to a closed business. The suspects forced entry and took a small amount of cash before fleeing the area. While officers were checking the area a second burglary to a closed business was observed; however, the responsible party was unable to be contacted. It is unknown at this time if anything was taken during the second incident.

Incidents are from shifts starting Dec. 31, 2014:

14-359681 (Theft): 1500 block of W El Camino Ave at 10:10 p.m.
Officers responded to the location regarding a subject who was being detained by security employees for theft. Officers made contact with the subject and he was arrested.


14-359146 (Stolen Vehicle): 100 block of Button Ct at 12:09 p.m.
Officers observed a stolen vehicle in the area occupied by two subjects and attempted to stop the car, but it fled for a short distance. After stopping, the occupants ran from the vehicle, but were quickly detained. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for fleeing and vehicle theft.
