Cien Amigos, the Latino Policy Coalition, and the California Student Aid Commission will host “Steps to College 2012” college fair 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow, Feb. 4 at the Mexican Consulate in Natomas.
The event will include an opportunity for Latino students to:
- Learn the latest on applying for the California Dream Act
- Speak to college and university representatives
- Apply for financial aid, if eligible
Registered participants will learn out about the Cien Amigos-IME Becas Scholarship Fund, for Latino high school juniors, seniors, and current college students. AB-540 high school seniors who attend the college fari, could qualify for a Cash for College “Dream in Action” scholarship!
