Gateway Fellowship opened a food closet in March 2011 called the “Heart for the Hungry.”
The Christian Missionary Alliance Church located in North Natomas distributes 200 boxes of food to individuals and families in need the last Saturday of every month.*
The food closet is open 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Gateway Fellowship Church, 1515 Sports Drive, in Suite 600. Food recipients must bring one government-issued identification card and one utility or phone bill with zip codes 95833, 95834 or 95835.

*The May 2011 distribution will NOT be the last Saturday of the month due to Memorial Day weekend; it will be held on May 21 instead.
