Natomas Light Rail Community Review Sessions Set

Green Line Review Header

The Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT) invites you to participate in the Green Line Community Review, an interactive and collaborative community planning workshop for the future Green Line to the Airport light rail extension.

The Green Line, also referred to as the Downtown Natomas Airport light rail extension, will provide an additional 12.8 miles of light rail service from downtown Sacramento to the River District, the Natomas communities and the Sacramento International Airport.

The purpose of the community review process is to create a shared vision and further define a cost-effective light rail project that integrates within the neighborhoods and surrounding communities that the Green Line will serve. Participants will have several opportunities to provide input and review recommendations on the preliminary conceptual designs and refinements for station amenities, light rail station art guidelines, station locations, track placement along Truxel Road and the terminus for the second phase of the Green Line.
