Homes For Sale In Defunct Development

The cyclone fencing at the Natomas Meadows development off Del Paso Road is now open and “for sale” signs posted in front of model homes which have stood empty for more than two years.
Natomas Meadows was meant to be Pardee Homes’ debut in the Sacramento-area housing market and already spent about $600,000 an acre on the land and millions more on streets and utilities.

The project was mothballed in November 2007 and the 100-acre site reportedly purchased by the Granite Bay Development Co. a year later.
