For A Good Cause: Natomas Rose Garden

Written By NatomasBuzz.com on Friday, April 17, 2009 | 9:02 PM

Volunteers are needed to help build a fence at the Natomas Rose Garden THIS SATURDAY, April 18, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 2921 Truxel Road.

We need approximately 20 people for various tasks depending on skill level. Volunteers work with a team captain to carry supplies, install 2x6 fence rails and 2x2 vertical posts.

If you can provide water, coffee, snacks, sandwiches, that would be most helpful too. Bring your own tools if you have them....wheelbarrow, gloves, water, shovel, broom/rake, drill, hammer.

The Natomas Rose Garden is a community garden, funded, built and maintained by volunteers.
