THE BUZZ heard today the Starbucks on North Freeway closed two weeks ago — despite reports by employees as recent as Veteran’s Day the store would not close until February.
Our fave Starbucks store on Natomas Crossing picked up two of the North Freeway baristas, but the others were not so lucky.
Not that there is a shortage of chain and mom-and-pop cafes in the neighborhood… But we’re bummed to hear folks are out of work so close to the holidays.
