Regency Park Elementary School kids came out in force recently when 51% -- 410 students -- celebrated their new Walking Wednesdays program.Parents, staff and folks from Heritage Park Bike Club helped to "maneuver" the walking school buses, and all arrived on time.
Traffic around the school was minimized, air quality was improved, and kids had a healthy start to their day!
School administration and the North Natomas Transportation Management Association planned events for the remainder of the school year.
