The official groundbreaking ceremony for the new North Natomas library branch is scheduled for April 3.The Art in Public places committee has chosen the artist and the sculpture that will represent the facility.
Local Sacramento artist, Joe Scarpa's “Author’s Of Our Own Destiny” has been selected.
Scarpa is the creator of "Port of Call: Earth" a metal sculpture found at Southside Park.
