Here's an update on a previous post about builder KB Homes request to offer home buyers composition shingle roofs as an option for some of the units in the partially constructed "Hamptons" project, located near Creekside.
According to David Hung, project manager for the City of Sacramento, "The proposal was to allow the choice of either composition shingles or concrete tile. The Planning Commission denied the request last Thursday."
