The North Natomas Friends will hold an Outreach Board Meeting on Feb. 12 in the community meeting room at Raley's in the Park Place shopping center.The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. with a meet and greet with the South Natomas Friends. The marketing director for the Sacramento Public Library, Gary Schaeffer, will also speak.
